Women Entrepreneurs in India have come a long way. Women Entrepreneurship
means when a woman starts a business individually or along with a group, she undertakes risks and future uncertainties with the aim to make a profit.
The traits
of women entrepreneurs are they are courageous, confident, dynamic,
goal-oriented, risk-taker, have an optimistic approach for dealing with the situation, hard-working, and many more to say. The first and foremost thing
about them that they believe in themselves and their abilities.
Women with a passion for doing business and becoming
self-dependent crosses various hurdles that make themselves capable of doing it by
maintaining the balance between work and Home. A woman wants to be
self-sustainable to fulfill their dreams.
Being an entrepreneur is not that easy as there will be a
lot of ups and downs during the journey of being a successful entrepreneur but
those positive and negative experiences will lead to great learning in a
long run of a business. What requires entrepreneurs is to be persistent
and have patience while doing business. Results take time to come.
There is a quote by Mark Manson
"Everything worthwhile in life is won through surmounting the
associated
negative experiences.”
sometimes or I can say most of the time we try to avoid the Negative,
escape from it but it only backfires.
But sometimes these negative experiences lead to bringing out the
best in people. the failures in
business is what leads to a better understanding of what is required
for success
Suffering through our fears and anxieties are something that allows us to be Courageous and Confident

In the rural areas where women come up with initiatives of
the businesses like pickles, knitting, powders, papad, embroidery, etc and give
